At CurcuminPro, we take every measure to make sure your orders are handled and delivered with care. As such, due to the sensitive nature of chocolate, specifically noting that it can melt, we send all of our chocolates by either 2-Day or Overnight Air, which results in a higher shipping cost.

Shipping Policy:

To ensure all orders arrive in good condition during hot weather season, between the middle of March through the end of November, we only offer UPS Next Day or UPS 2-Day Air, usually delivered before 2:00 pm. This results in a higher shipping cost.

However, if you would like to waive the 2-Day or Next-Day Air, we can ship it to you via USPS Priority Mail, or you can add more products to your order and all of your products will be shipped along with the chocolates. The choice is completely up to you, and rest assured that even if the chocolate does melt due to high temperatures and/or extended shipping times, neither the taste nor effectiveness of the product should be affected – only how pretty it looks once you open the package.

Liability Policy:

CurcuminPro assumes no responsibility if the package was delivered and left outside or on the porch due to the absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, hence the damage was caused due to direct exposure to the sun or to the element of heat. It is the customer’s responsibility to be present at home at the time of the delivery to bring the package into a cooler environment away from heat.
